Requirements:

Description: They're like stripes, but all the way around!
Application: Give your character banded markings anywhere on their body! They must be kept a similar thickness to the example image. These markings can be any color on your character!

Name: Floral Spots
Release: April 13th, 2019
Type: Standard
Requirements:
• Level 12
Description: Do you smell like a floral perfume?
Application: You may apply flower like patterns to your character like the example above. These markings may be any colour currently on your character's pelt. They can occupy a section of your character's body OR cover them from head to toe! The patterns must include three and four-petaled flowers.

Name: Painters Frenzy

Description: Are YOU trying to become the next wash ingredient??
Application: You may apply several multicolored paint splatters anywhere on your character excluding their mouths and eyes. The splatters colors may be  any color you'd like, so long as it abides by the color rule; the colors may not be mixed anywhere else

Name: Drippy Marks

Requirements:
• Complete one of Atlas's Wash Classes
Description: Uh....I think your markings are melting??
Application: Pre-existing markings of your choice now have a dripping effect applied to their edges. The affect will mainly apply the bottom edges on most markings, similar to actual paint drippings. Arms and leg markings are exempt from this, and appear as if you dunked your limbs into a gallon of paint instead, similar to the example image.

Name: Racing Stripe
Release: August 1st, 2018
Type: Standard
Requirements:

Description: Going fast makes me feel alive~
Application: You may apply a stripe from your Nyulop's nose all the way down to the tip of their tail. This marking may be any colour currently on your Nyulop's pelt.

Name: Creeping Stripes
Release: August 1st, 2018
Type: Standard
Requirements:
• Level 13
• Starter Stripes
Description: Jeepers!
Application: You may give your Nyulop stripes on their legs and arms. These stripes must be the same colour as your Starter Stripes. If your Starter Stripes have been modified by other upgrades then these stripes will reflect that.

Name: Pinto Markings
Release: March 2nd, 2022
Type: Standard
Requirements:
• Level 40
Description: Did you spill some milk on you?
Application: You may apply splotches of off-white markings on top of your Nyulop's pelt. They can cover up to 50% of the body and go over any existing marking. They should remain off-white and can't be any other colour. Click HERE for an example!

Name: Spots
Release: January 2019

Description: 98... 99... 100... 101!
Application: Place simple (solid color) spots anywhere on your finley's body! These spots are the same color as the Starter Spots.

Application: Give your finley stripes anywhere on their body! These stripes are the same color as the Starter Stripes.

Name: Tabby Stripes

Description: NEVERMIND I THINK I FOUND THE REAL TIGER-
Application: Give your Draken stripes that you would see on a tabby cat! These stripes are the same color as the Starter Stripes. Stripes must wrap around the body in some way. Tail/limbs/back/etc.

Name: Rings
Release: February 1st, 2020
Type: Standard
Requirements:
• Level 12
Description: Ringed raccoon runs... Huh? What do you mean I've got the wrong animal?? Ah, I see, you've got the right rings!
Application: Apply ringed markings to your finley like in the picture! The thickness of the rings should be similar to the example image. These markings can be any color on your finley's pelt.

Name: Inkspill
Release: May 2nd, 2020
Type: Standard
Requirements:
• Level 15
Description: Did... you spill something on yourself? Do you have an inkling of how it happened?
Application: Give your Draken blobby markings like in the example image. They can be all over the body or only on certain places, but cannot form any specific shapes like squares, hearts, etc. These markings can be any color on your Draken's pelt.

Name: Seraphim's Marks
Release: April 1st, 2026

Requirements:

Description: Be not afraid
Application: False eye markings grow on your Astralit. These eye shaped markings may have an iris and a pupil, both of these two colors following the standard color rules. The pupils may be round or slitted like the image above. The markings can grow anywhere below your Astralit's head, and be as numerous as you'd like. The markings must clearly be flat and markings, and cannot move.

Description: I think you are positively glowing today!- Wait....You're LITERALLY glowing-
Application: You may make any marking or markings glow. These MUST be markings or placements, and not the main body color. This only applies to markings and placements on the pelt Claws, teeth, etc. are not applicable. Glow color MUST be the marking color, and can not glow pure white or pure black.

Name: Hare in the Moon
Release: July 1st, 2025
Type: Limited Edition
Requirements:
• Occasionally available as a reward from the Starsail event
• Originally rewarded for participation in Starsail 2025
Description: Have you heard that tale before?
Application: A Moon marking like the one pictured takes up half of your nyulop's face. This shape does not extend to the ears or the back of the head. The opposite eye gets a 4 point star marking on it that faintly glows! Both the moon and the star can be any color on your nyulop.

Name: Lunar Wave Markings
Release: February 1st, 2026
Type: Standard
Requirements:
• Roll a choice of a breeding upgrade during breeding.
Description: The moon grants you its power...
Application: You may apply the markings depicted on the image to your Astralit. The marking on the face is required and the additional markings may appear on the ears, shoulders, and/or thighs, or none of these locations if you so choose. The markings may be any color following the the standard color rules.. These markings glow in the dark, especially in the night. However, this glow may be controlled.

Name: Eye Color Break
Release: May 1st, 2026
Type: Standard
Requirements:
• Level 30
• The character you are applying this upgrade to must be maxed in at least one of their branches of magic!
Description: The rules have broken for you.
Application: You may change your character's eye color to one new, solid color. This color may be any color except pure black or pure white.
If your character has special eye types, such as eye rings, heterochromia, or oddball eyes as examples, you may change the second color in their eyes at the same time.

Name: Mana Organ Color Break
Release: May 1st, 2026
Type: Standard
Requirements:
• Level 40
• The character you are applying this upgrade to must be maxed in at least one of their branches of magic!
• [Dual Draken Only] The character you are applying this upgrade to must know at least 8 techniques in total!
Description: The rules have broken for you.
Application: [Nyulop and Astralit] You may change your character's mana organ color to one new, solid color. This color may be any color except pure black or pure white. 
[Draken] You may change your character's Third Eye Gem color to one new color off their elemental palette, extended or standard.

Name: Color Surge
Release: May 1st, 2026
Type: Standard
Requirements:
• Level 30
• The character you are applying this upgrade to must know at least four tiers of magic.
Description: The colors surge, empowered by your magic.
Application: You may now freely use your character's eye color and mana organ color elsewhere on their body, including the Third Eye Gem color. Upgrades that previously restricted the use of either of these colors with the standard color rules may now use these colors.
