Hello! If you're here, then you must want to host an officially recognized member ran event! The staff team will need you to fill out this form accordingly so we can plan and space these events out properly for you! Please answer the best you can to every question. You may DM a Council staffer if you need any edits or a Senior Helper if you have any questions.

A General feedback form that allows members to submit feedback anonymously about the modteam, and the group as a whole! It is set to public, so others may see your answers, so please keep that in mind! Do not use this form to report members behavior, or use this to talk badly about your other group members.
You may claim x5 Capella for submitting feedback!

Those found to be abusing/farming this system for the reward will have a strike put on their account (not that we think it will happen, but just as a precaution)
