Application: Your Finley has a Jellyfish Bell on their head. This Bell can have anywhere from 5 to 10 tentacles that are no bigger than what you see in the example. Your ears (if you have any) go through the crown and are visible. The crown must be any color already on your Finley and the tentacles can be any color following the standard color rules.
