Name: Celestial Markings

Type: Limited Edition, Member milestone
Requirements:
• Originally rewarded for participation in the 300+ Member milestone event
Description: My aren't you spiffy! What a snazzy looking marking you have.
Application: You may apply these markings in one of two ways. You may either 1) apply a sun OR moon marking somewhere on your character; or 2) apply a sun and moon marking somewhere on your character. Markings are allowed to be applied anywhere on your character, and may vary somewhat in size, but should not be very large (feel free to inquire before applying). Markings are gradient. No overlapping of sun and moon markings are permitted. Please ensure that the moon remains a crescent and that there are at least six points to the sun. They may be any colour you would like, but nothing black, white or grey.

Name: Heart Markings

Type: Limited Edition, Heartsgiving
Requirements:

• Originally rewarded for completion of Entry one in the Heartsgiving 2018 event
Description: What a unique marking to have! Is it different from other markings in some way? Sure feels like it...
Application: You may apply this upgrade to your finley. You may give them 1-3 (one to three) heart shaped markings. These markings may be any shade of red or pink OR any colour currently on your finley. These markings are unique! Unlike other heart-shaped markings, those earned on Heartsgiving provide one the ability to comfort others while embracing them. The hearts provide a warm and soothing feeling through physical contact that can be calming to others.

Name: THE BIG STAR
Release: June 13th, 2018
Type: Limited Edition, Starsail
Requirements:

• Originally rewarded for being active between June 13th 2018 and July 13th 2018
Description: It's time to shine like the star you really are!
Application: Give your finley a single large star (approximately the size in the example), which can be any colour you would like so long as it isn't pure black or pure white. The star can only be a five-point one. The marking can be applied anywhere on your finley's pelt.

Name: Skull Face
Release: November 1st, 2018
Type: Limited Edition, Halloween Havoc
Requirements:
• Occasionally available as a reward from the Halloween Havoc event
• Originally rewarded for having an entry in Halloween Havoc II which showcases the fighting/defeat of all three types of CC.
Description: This is Halloween, this is Halloween, pumpkins scream in the dead of night! ♪
Application: You may apply a marking in the style shown above to the face of your finley. The new skull-style facial marking should appear as close to what is shown above as possible. This marking may either be lighter or darker than your finley's base colour. You may choose either a colour currently on them (excluding eyes, mouths, inner ears, paws and or mana organs) to use OR you may add a new colour. You may not use white or black, but light and dark greys are acceptable. Please inquire if you are uncertain about the colour choice before application. May only be applied to one character.

Name: Cherub Mark
Release: March 2nd, 2019
Type: Limited Edition, Heartsgiving
Requirements:

• Originally rewarded for participating in Heartsgiving 2019.
Description: A patch of colour that resembles a pair of cute Cupid wings. It gives off the scent of roses when your character is around some one they have romantic feelings for.
Application: This upgrade should appear the same size and shape as it does in the example. This upgrade can be any colour currently on your character according to the colour grabbing rule.

Name: Star Sprinkles
Release: July 1st, 2019
Type: Limited Edition, Starsail
Requirements:

Description: Can we possibly fit any more stars on you!?
Application: Give your character small star markings all over, or in small clusters! They may not be any larger than what is shown in the example image. They can be any color currently on your character's pelt.

Name: Swirled Belly
Release: April 8th, 2020
Type: Seasonal
Requirements:
• Level 2
• Apply during the Spring Season
• Originally rewarded for submitting at least one entry to Topsy Turvy Town 2020.
Description: Staring into the swirl may... make you... sleepy....
Application: Apply a swirled marking to your character's belly. This swirl can be any color of your choice besides pure black, pure white, or the color of your character's eyes.

Name: Heart Dapples
Release: February 10th, 2021
Type: Limited, Heartsgiving
Requirements:
• Occasionally available as a reward from the Heartsgiving event
• Originally rewarded for completing 1 prompt for Heartsgiving 2021
Description: It looks like someone dumped cookie sprinkles on you!
Application: Give your character small scattered heart markings all over, or in small clusters! They may not be any larger than what is shown in the example image. They can be any color currently on your character's pelt.

Name: Joyful Marks
Release: June 1st, 2021
Type: Limited, Starsail
Requirements:
• Occasionally available as a reward from the Starsail event
• Originally rewarded for winning Pin-The-Tail on the Ssael
Description: Well aren't you a bundle of joy, coming out of your shell?
Application: Rounded triangle markings appear all over your body, usually in clusters, they vary in size but cannot be bigger than what is shown. These markings must be two different colors either found on your character's pelt/element palette or the colors red and blue.

Name: Widow's Bane
Release: October 2021
Type: Limited, Halloween Havoc
Requirements:

• Originally rewarded for completing 2 submissions to Halloween Havoc V
Description: Uhm...You...You got a little something...
Application: Give your character markings as shown above. They can be any colour on your character or you may add a new colour.

Name: Strange Markings
Release: July 19th, 2017
Type: Limited Edition, Early Bird
Requirements:
• Originally rewarded for being active from July 19th 2017 to August 31st 2017
Description: Isn't it strange?
Application: You may apply strange, splotched markings to your Draken's forehead, arms, legs and back. These markings may be any color on your Draken's Element Palette.

Name: Freckles
Release: December 20th, 2018
Type: Standard
Requirements:
• Level 2
Description: Oh! You appear to have something on your cheeks.
Application: You may apply numerous tiny spots all over your nose and cheeks. These freckles can be any color currently on your character. Freckles can later be moved to the shoulders, hips, and knees with the Colour Mixup upgrade.

Name: Starter Spots

Description: Oh my, seems like someones seeing spots! Application: You may apply a few simple spots and rings to your character in one of the three designated areas (see HERE). There cannot be only one or the other, at least one ring and at least one spot must be present. You may have at least three (3) spots but no more than ten (10). Spots must be a colour currently on your character (eyes, mouth, placements). All spots must be the same colour.

Application: You may apply a few simple stripes to your character in one of three designated areas (see HERE). You may have at least three (3) stripes but no more than ten (10). Stripes must be a colour currently on your character (eyes, mouth, placements). All stripes must be the same colour..

Name: Directional Markings

Type: Standard
Requirements:
• Level 6
Description: Better watch out before you get put on a signpost!
Application: Apply 1-4 arrowed markings that face either Up & Down, or Side to Side in one of the three designated areas (see HERE). They must wrap around something (S2S), or run down a limb (U&D) based on what direction theyre facing. They may be any color currently on your character (excluding mana organs), and can be no shorter than the arrows on the legs shown above

Name: Smeared Stripes

Requirements:

Description: It seems as if you've been fingerpainting on yourself! Wait- That's all natural??
Application: You may apply a few squiggly smeared stripes to your character in one of the three designated areas (see HERE). You may have at least three (3) stripes but no more than ten (10). Stripes must be a colour currently on your character (eyes, mouth, placements). All stripes must be the same colour. Stripes must wrap around the body in some way (Tail/limbs/back/etc.)

Name: Geometric Stamps

Requirements:

Description: Someone plays Coolmath.com 😏
Application: You may apply various shapes and sizes from TWO sets of stamps at this time, with a maximum amount allowed on your character being 12 total stamps from both sets combined. The shapes chosen can only get as big/small as the largest and smallest stamps shown on their example swatches. The shapes can also be hollow, or solid, and may take on any color currently on your Draken (excluding TEG), and may be placed all over the body.

THIS MARKING UPGRADE IS NOT ZONE LOCKED!

Shapes with sharp edges MUST STAY SHARP, and cannot be rounded, nor can they be stretched!

Name: Skinky Streaks
Release: January 9th, 2022
Type: Standard
Requirements:
• Level 6
Description: Man those stripes must make you go WAY FAST!!!
Application: You may apply a group of 3-5 stripes from your Drakens nose all the way down to the tip of their tail. These markings may be any colour currently on your Drakens body (eyes, mouth, placements).

Swatch shows 5 stripes pattern applied!

Name: Marking Color Change
Release: June 1st, 2017
Type: Standard
Requirements:
• Level 3
• Draw a side by side before and after image showing the change!
Description: Are you a chameleon? 'Cause you're changing colour! Looking good, kid.
Application: You may change any of your markings to another colour of your choice following the standard colour rules. (although that colour may not be one found on any of your species' other affinity palette(s).).
