Teles, determined to get to the source of her dreams, is organizing an expedition to Windsong Mountain.
Teles encouraged you to do some research- so why not start at the library? Vahk’asha hasn’t been around as much the past week; it seems he’s very busy with something. But there’s plenty to find in the library!
Below is a small amount of the information they can learn about the mountain.

Windsong Mountain is located on the northern curve of the mountain range. It stands at 11,762ft/3585m and is unique amongst the surrounding peaks, with its smooth forward curve.
On the mountain itself, the wind speed is high, often getting as fast as 31 mph/49 km/h.
Grasses, wildflowers, and sedge decorate the higher ground in between rocks and talus.
The boreal forests surrounding the base contain a mix of fir, pine, and aspen, any of these sturdier trees only reaching the bottom half of the mountain before gradually becoming more sparse.
A wild variety of fauna live on the mountain. Ikka, Rockstompers, and other such creatures found throughout the mountain range can be found on Windsong Mountain. Greater Snowbirds will occasionally pass through the lower half of the mountain, though they never approach the peak.

The Wraithel. It is a large bird that can be found very rarely on Xaaida’s mountains. The only location on which I have never seen one is Windsong Mountain. They avoid it entirely.
It feeds on Ikka, Csirkatrice, and Neve the majority of the time; though I have witnessed a few bold individuals taking on the adult Greater Snowbirds. Avoid encountering them as much as you are able, and be wary when traveling the mountains during storms. An already treacherous venture traveling at this time becomes particularly threatening due to Wraithels increased activity during stormy days. It is easy to get lost in the smoke, and fall prey to their talons.

You also find a page within a fauna book containing information on Greater Snowbirds tucked into it.
