Prerequisite: Mastery of Tier VIII
Requirement: Draw your Nyulop changing the weather. Is it raining now? Sunny? Snowing? How sizable is their change?
Description: Can cause storms and natural disasters, even those unnatural to the area (size varies!)
Danger Tier: Tier V. The weather summoned can be mild but natural disasters can easily leave victims with permanent injuries from crushing or drowning or other such events.
