Prerequisite: Mastery of Tier VIII
Requirement: Draw your Nyulop predicting the future and then changing it in their favor (but negatively in someone else's). Do they change things to win a game? Win a race?
Description: Changing the future outcome for someone in a negative or positive way, causing a negative or positive outcome to occur rather than the opposite outcome, or neutral one (EX: someone trips instead of successfully making a jump or someone lands their shot instead of missing). Every action has consequences, and often making a positive change will lead to a negative one equal to the positive one happening down the road.
Danger Tier: Varied. It depends on the outcome changed.
