Why Should I Grow Up?
 

There's no rush to grow your Astralit up, so you're welcome to take the time you want and need to develop your character! Keep in mind if you keep your character a child forever, however, they will not be able to partake in certain activities. If you never grow your Astralit up, they will be permanentlyi stuck at level 10 once they reach it. In addition, baby Astralit are unable to take part in most quests and they are unable to form romantic relationships.  Most importantly however, they won't be able to apply any adult upgrades.

Oh I almost forgot! Learning to control their Manifestations! Baby Astralit have very minor control over their base Manifestations, but matured Astralit fully come into several of their innate powers upon maturation.
 

However...

Once your baby Astralit grows up, there's no going back.
You cannot reverse growing up, or change their form without a bit of hassle. 

So choose carefully!

Lets Look At An Adult Astralit

• Adult Astralit eyes change, taking one of two different types!
  Choose carefully, you cannot change this!
• Their limbs are evenly proportioned for their height
• Their manes grow signifigantly longer in back, and become fluffier all over
• Their palm stars grow by two additional Stars, and begin forming a Constellation up their wrist
• They may have two, or three cheek spikes upon reaching full adulthood

Astral eyes must appear similar to the above gif! The sclera takes on a lighter hue of the iris, while the pupils take on a darker hue of the iris, and become slanted. Its said that Astralits with these eyes have higher innate magical abilities! However, if they have Astral Eyes, it seems that many eye AP become incompatable, including pupil changing AP! Only Heterochromia and Gradient Eyes is noticed to be present.

The Important and ever expanding mana organ: the palm star

The Palm Star is the main way for Astralits to channel Mana through their bodies, and it has the unique ability to grow additional Stars as an Astralit ages, and increases in magical ability! Before they disappeared, there had been stories of elder Astralits with beautiful constellations of Stars all over their bodies, a physical show of their fluent magical prowess and abilities.

• If the mana of the Palm Star were to be sucked out, or the physical orbs ripped out their body, the Astralit would die instantly and shatter like glass.
• The Palm Star is a physical representation of an Astralits connection with the flow of mana coursing through the world around them. It is attached to invisible, but still extremely important vital mana processing pathways that traverse through an Astralits body
• Palm Stars can be completely covered with dyes, cloth, or other 'smothering' materials without any harm done to the Astralit. This comes extremely in handy, as adult Astralits that remain are extremely secretive, and do their best to hide in the general population.

In order to draw the pictures for your growing up application, let's take a look at Taako!

• Make sure the markings on the child and adult are fully visible and that nothing is obstructing them. Make sure to leave accessories off.
• Don't shade either picture!
• The markings on their body can warp a bit to fit their new adult form, but no new markings may be added!
• Make sure to grow the mane out longer on the adult body!

Now Let's See What You Shouldn't Be Doing!

• The baby must be facing front in the application!
• NO adding new upgrades on the adult template! 
• You cannot add markings to your Astralit when growing them up!
• Additionally, don't add upgrades that don't exist! 
• If your Astralit has the baby wings upgrade, don't grow them out when they grow up! They have to stay small!
• The images should not be shaded!

REMEMBER! Astralits, upon growing up, are still VERY small compared to Draken and Nyulop! Bipedal adults range from 4'0"-5'0" (121-152 cm), and Quadruped adults range from 2'7"-3'3" (78-99 cm)

What If You Want to Slow-grow Your Astralit?

Astralit, in comparison to Nyulop, have much more visible changes when they slow-grow depending on which posture you choose for them to grow into! Astralits can grow into either a traditional Bipedal stance, or grow into the more uncommon Quadrupedal form!.
To slow-grow your Astralit, you must submit an adult application as normal, with both the fully child and fully adult forms. Then, you can begin slow-growing your Astralit!

If you would like, you may show more or less growth than these stages.

​Slow-growing Astralit can have adult upgrades applied after their adult application is approved, as long as they meet the upgrades’ application requirements.

Skills and feats

Skills are things your character can do naturally without any previous training, as it is something they are born with, while Feats are things that appear in a matured skillset.
