I imagine the shadow is quite exaggerated, and actually didn't look as impressive, but if you ask Marilynn (the Nuylop) it was exactly this terrifying.
Also idk if it is super noticable, but James (blue draken) has taped a rock to his palm and is pretending he is the one using the magic.
